The service

Steady Stream Pay is a product of Armstrong Endeavors LLC. SteadyStreamPay ("SSP") is a Stripe Marketplace application that monitors failed charges on your connected Stripe account and attempts to recover that revenue through automated, brand-matched messaging and Stripe-hosted payment links.

Fees

$0 upfront. There are no flat fees, seat fees, or minimums. SSP charges a flat 5% fee only on revenue it successfully recovers, billed seamlessly through Stripe. If SSP recovers nothing in a period, you owe nothing.

Your Stripe account

You authorize SSP to read failed-charge data and to create payment links and messages on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time by uninstalling SSP from your Stripe dashboard; recovery activity stops immediately.

Data handling

Transaction data such as decline codes is processed solely for the purpose of revenue recovery. SSP never stores raw card data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content of your brand voice instructions and for ensuring your customer messaging complies with applicable email regulations in your markets.

Availability and liability

SSP is provided on an as-is basis. Recovery outcomes depend on customer behavior and issuer decisions and are not guaranteed. Our aggregate liability is limited to the performance fees you paid in the preceding three months.
